DELIVERY & FEES
We proudly serve the Fort Worth, Aledo and Weatherford areas. Delivery charges are calculated by distance from the Hudson Oaks City Hall.
0-10 miles – included in rental fee
11-16 miles – $10
17-25 miles – $25
For deliveries outside of the 25 miles, please call for details. We will do our very best to accommodate your desired location.
WHAT DOES MY SIGN RENTAL INCLUDE?
Each sign rental includes delivery, set up, pick up and name customization, if requested. Please email or call to reserve your sign as far in advance as possible. We are not able to hold signs without payment in full and they are rented on a first come, first serve basis.
WHEN IS THE DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE?
We deliver and pick up our signs seven days per week. Delivery and pick up of your Celebration Sign is after 6pm. Other delivery times available upon request.
Birthday and Celebration Single sign rental – $50, 48-hour rental
Two signs (number and image) – $75, 48-hour rental
*each additional day cost is $10
PAYMENT & HOW TO ORDER
• Orders are made via email to Julie@perfectlydivine.net. If you prefer, you may contact us via phone at 817.675.3139.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment may be made over the phone or via an electronic invoice. We also accept Venmo.
• We do not accept cash or personal checks.
RENTAL & RESERVATION POLICIES
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
• We will confirm delivery within 24 hours of scheduled set up.
• Please water your lawn the day of the installation. This helps with installation of the sign(s).
• If you have lawn service, please arrange for them to come before we set up.
• For the safety of everyone, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display.
• Please DO NOT move or remove the display(s) from the ground.
• Please DO NOT attach any items to any part of the lawn display; this includes balloons. Balloons get hot in the sun and can cause damage to the sign(s).
• Payee will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn displays.
• Perfectly Divine and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or removal of any rental and while they are in the yard.
• All cancellations must be done 5 days prior to your install date for a full refund. Cancellations received within less than 5 days, will be refunded half of the fee.
• In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes, but is not limited to, hard ground in the summer due to lack of water, lighting/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds and any other Acts of God that would put us or our displays in harms way. You will be given a full refund or credit for future booking.
• By submitting payment, payee confirms delivery address, delivery date and spelling on lawn display are correct as submitted on the invoice.
• No refunds will be given due to any animal that prevents the display from being set-up.
• No refunds will be given due to client giving us the incorrect address.
• No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
• No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
• No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the lawn display that are out of our control.
